Accommodation Booking Guidelines, Terms & Conditions:

• Standard Check-in time at the Hotels is 02:00 pm (14:00 hours) IST.
• Standard checkout time is 12:00 noon (12:00 hours) IST.
• Conference registration is mandatory for room booking.
• Rooms will be confirmed only against 100% advance payment.
• Early check-in and late checkout are subject to availability and additional charges may be applicable.
• Any other personal expenses such as telephone calls, food & beverage bills, room service, and use of mini bar should be paid by the guest directly to the hotel at the time of check out.
• Hotels once booked will be non-refundable. Post confirmation of the hotel booking, 100% retention charges will be applicable for any cancellation received.
